What size of organization do you typically work with?
Our home turf are highly regulated industries like Life Sciences, but we love exploring other fields and the unique challenges they bring. What matters is that someone in the organization is genuinely committed to change and cares about people.
Do you work in English and German?
Yes, German and English are our working languages. We both also speak Spanish, though we're more at home with it over a coffee than in a boardroom.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the starting point. A Breakthrough Session can create real movement in a single day. A typical series of workshops runs over 3 to 6 months. Organizational development partnerships are often longer, we scope everything individually based on where you are and what would create the most value.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. We run workshops on-site, hybrid and fully remote. For workshops and high-trust sessions we prefer in-person, the energy in the room matters. For coaching, strategy sessions and follow-ups, remote works well.
How do we get started?
A first conversation is always free. We spend 30 to 45 minutes understanding your situation and what you're trying to change. From there we propose a first concrete step, no commitment required upfront.
