The last few years brought us through times of uncertainty and made us aware that change is constant and impermanence the new norm. We as digital society need solutions to focus on the real pressing issues at hand like climate change, poverty and freeing the speech of individuals around the world. In the last few years, we may have laid a tremendous foundation and catapulted forward but there is still a lot to do around enabling people to be autonomous, own their identity and data and free them from institutional boundaries. 

I am passionate about leading teams into creating amazing solutions for their peers and customers and help them to focus on the value add of their work. Pragmatic leadership, creative creation and clever use of technology will help us as society to make the next step.
